Effect of chemotherapeutic agents on MEF cell viability (IC50)
MEF (Hmgb1+/+ vs. Hmgb1−/−) were incubated with different drug concentrations for 5 days, and viability was measured by MTT assay. Each value is the mean of three replicates ± S.D. (P < 0.05).
