Kinetic parameters of 125I-ANP binding to hNPRA-ECD
Kinetic assays were performed as mentioned under Materials and Methods and in Fig. 2 legend. Radioligand binding association and dissociation kinetics data were analyzed using models described under Materials and Methods. Values are mean ± S.E. of three to four separate experiments (indicated in parentheses), with each measurement done in duplicate.
