Influence of the length of the alkyloxy chain on SF-1 activity
Compounds with an alkyloxy chain ranging from n = 4 to n = 10 were tested using R-SAT. Full dose response experiments were performed multiple times in triplicate. Results represent the average of all experiments. AC-45594 was defined as the reference compound, and its activity was defined as 100% inhibition.
