NADPH oxidation, NO synthesis, and their ratio during preincubation of iNOS
Steady-state activities were measured during the time-dependent onset of inhibition with the oxyhemoglobin assay as described under Materials and Methods. Time point 0 indicates rates before initiating preincubation with 10 μM BYK191023 and 1 mM NADPH.
