Effect of SR141716 on proteins involved in glucose uptake
The cells were incubated or not with 0.1 μM SR141716 for 16 h. Filters were immunoblotted with specific antibodies as indicated and analyzed by laser densitometry, as described under Materials and Methods. The values have been normalized to the actin levels and represent means ± S.D. of three independent experiments in duplicate.
