Affinities of different DHPs for brain membranes of Cav1.2DHP(−/−) and wild-type mice

Ligand concentration was 0.14-0.18 nM. Membrane protein concentration was 0.3 mg/ml. Data are given as means ± S.D. for the indicated number of experiments. Statistical significance of selectivity was determined from a direct comparison of IC50 values and from the selectivity ratios (WT:MUT) calculated from individual experiments carried out in parallel for both genotypes.
