Site specificity of phospho-threonine-sensitive antibodies
The affinity of each antibody for different phosphorylated and nonphosphorylated peptides was determined in competition ELISA experiments such as those shown in Fig 5. The EC50 values were determined by nonlinear regression curve fitting and values represent results from two to five independent experiments.
