Coexpression of pERK1/2 and c-Fos-positive cells in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord in the remifentanil + incision group
Estimated number of pERK1/2-immunoreactive cells, c-Fos-positive neurons, and c-Fos-positive neurons plus pERK1/2-negative cells in the ipsilateral and contralateral sides of the spinal cord at 4 h after manipulation. Results are expressed as mean values ± S.E.M. (n = 4 animals).
