Effects of 10 μM NS1643 on the time course of recovery from inactivation and of deactivation of rerg1a and rerg1a/1b channels heterologously expressed in HEK−293 cells

Data obtained from experiments as shown in Fig. 6 are given as means ± S.E.M. Tail currents were fitted with the sum of three exponential equations yielding the time constant of recovery from inactivation (τrecovery), the time constants of fast and slow deactivation (τdeact,fast and τdeact,slow), and the relative contribution of the slowly deactivating current component (S/(S + F)).
