Effects of vav2 knockdown on [3H]IP and cAMP generation
The mean differences in [3H]IP or cAMP generation induced by stimulation with 300 nM PTH were compared for vav2 knockdown and endogenous vav2 expression in HEK 293 cells with unpaired t tests. Data summarize results of five independent experiments.
