Time constants and areas of closed and open components obtained from exponential fits
Comparison of the time constants (τ) and relative contribution (area of the component) of the two open time and four shut time components obtained from individual fits to the cell-attached patches. Data are the mean ± S.E.M. from seven control and six ifenprodil recordings, each containing one active channel. The values were compared by unpaired t test.
