The mRNA levels of Mdr1a and Mdr1b in the upper, middle, and lower small intestine of Sham and I/R rats
The Mdr1a and Mdr1b mRNA levels were determined by RT-PCR and normalized using GAPDH level relative to the levels in the upper small intestine of Sham rats. Results are mean ± S.E. of five rats.
