Fatty acid saturation of phosholipids during lipoapoptosis and protection by UDCA-LPE

Fatty acids were measured by ESI-MS/MS. Mouse hepatocytes were treated with 300 μM Pal with or without 60 μM UDCA-LPE for 20 hours. All groups contained 0.5% BSA and 0.1% ethanol. Data were mean ± S.D., N = 4. All values were reported in nmol/mg protein.
