Effect of PDE inhibitors on the potency of formoterol in enhancing dexamethasone-driven GRE-dependent transcription
pEC50 values for the enhancement of dexamethasone (1 mM)–induced 2 GRE-dependent transcription by formoterol in the absence or presence of siguazodan (10 mM) and/or rolipram (10 mM) are derived from the data presented in Fig. 7A. Significance between pEC50 values was assessed by analysis of variance with a Bonferroni post test. Data are presented as the mean ± S.E. unless otherwise indicated.
