Kinetic constants of FRAP experiments for arrestin-3 (arr-3) interaction with various receptors
The kinetic parameters kon fast and kon slow of FRAP experiments were obtained by biexponential curve fitting. t0.5 values were obtained by calculating ln(2)/k.
