In the above article [Zaragoza C, Soria E, López E, Browning D, Balbı́n M, López-Otı́n C, and Lamas S (2002) Mol Pharmacol 62:927–935], the last sentence of the abstract was incorrect. The correct sentence is: “This effect of NO may be important in the context of pathophysiological conditions such as inflammation or atherogenesis.”
