Sf9-Mrp2 membrane vesicles were incubated with 50 nm[3H]E217βG at 37° for 1 min with or without (control) the compounds as indicated. Net ATP-dependent transport was calculated by subtracting values in the presence of 4 mm5′-AMP from those in the presence of 4 mm ATP. Transport was expressed as percent of the control uptake. Data represent mean values of three to six determinations (± standard error).
