Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett’s ttest comparing all groups to NT-3. Data confirm results obtained using GAP-43 ELISA, illustrating potentiation of survival effect of NT-3 with nanomolar concentrations of both K-252b and L-753,000; however, at micromolar concentrations, only L-753,000 maintains this effect.
