The EC50 and R max values were calculated using the equation for dose response curve. The table shows the mean ± S.E.M.; number of determinations (n) is in parentheses. The EC50 and R max values of the pCEFL-HA-H2r and the pCEFL were compared using an unpaired ttest and found to be significantly different (* p < 0.001).
