¹²⁵IBE binding to HA-α _1A, HA-α _1B-, and Flag-α _1D-ARs expressed alone and together

Differentially tagged α ₁-AR subtypes were expressed alone or HA-α _1B- or HA-α _1A-ARs were transiently expressed in HEK293 cells stably expressing Flag-α _1D-ARs, membranes were harvested, and B_max and K_D values calculated by nonlinear regression of saturation curves of specific ¹²⁵IBE binding. Estimated B_max values for each coexpressed subtype were calculated from the fraction of high- and low-affinity binding sites for BMY7378 (see Fig. 8). Values are presented as mean ± S.E.M. of three independent transfection experiments performed in duplicate.
