Enantioselective composition of EETs produced by recombinant CYP2C enzymes
The stereochemical distribution of EETs formed by incubation of recombinant mouse CYP2C enzymes with [1-14C]AA was quantified by chiral-phase HPLC and liquid scintillation as described under Materials and Methods. Values shown are average of at least three different experiments.
