Effect of celecoxib (1 μM), AM-251 (1 μM), and AM-630 (1 μM) on Δ9-THC-induced accumulation of cytoplasmic DNA fragments and subsequent death of H4 cells

Cells were incubated with the indicated substances, Δ9-THC (10 μM), or its vehicles for 48 h (DNA fragmentation) or 72 h (cell viability). Receptor antagonists were added 1 h before Δ9-THC. Percent control represents comparison with vehicle-treated cells (100%) in the absence of test substances. Percent control represents comparison with vehicle-treated cells (100%) in the absence of test substance. Values are means ± S.E.M. of n = 3 (DNA fragmentation) or n = 4 (cell viability) experiments.
