Functional parameters of cell lines
The EC50 values (nanomolar) of the functional response of the cell lines was determined by nonlinear regression using the GraphPad Prism software and a sigmoidal dose-response model. The displayed data are representative of at least three independent experiments (mean ± S.E.M.).
