Extent of tissue toxicity in the Null mice treated with acetaminophen at 600 mg/kg and in wild-type mice treated with acetaminophen at 400 mg/kg

Male 3-month-old wild-type and Null mice were treated with acetaminophen as described in Table 1 but at a differing dose that was found to produce equivalent serum acetaminophen levels. The severity of lesions in the tissues was graded: +, moderate; ±, mild; and -, negative.
