Affinities and Hill coefficients determined after fitting the saturation and Scatchard curves when performing saturation experiments with ²⁵I-HO-LVA, [³H]AVP, and ¹²⁵I-OTA on membranes of CHO cells expressing human V_1a receptors

Two data analyses were performed. The first one (“cooperative binding site” analysis) took into account a possible cooperativity between ligand binding sites; the second (independent binding site analysis) considered binding sites as independent and did not consider any potential cooperativity (the Hill coefficient n_H is equal to 1). The right column indicates the number of experiments.
