Pharmacokinetic analysis of intravenous bolus ciprofloxacin in wild-type and Oat3(−/−) mice Ciprofloxacin was administered by intravenous bolus injection at a 5 mg/kg dose, and serial plasma samples were analyzed (see Fig. 6). Noncompartmental pharmacokinetic analysis was performed. Data are shown as mean ± S.E. Plasma clearance was calculated using the AUC from zero to infinity.
