The desensitization-phase data for a saturating concentration of each agonist from a number of experiments (Fig. 2B) were fitted to a one-phase, exponential-decay model, to obtain values for t1/2 and the extent of desensitization (plateau). Values shown are means and 95% confidence intervals.
