Substrates of human and mouse UGT8 expressed in HEK293T cells

UDP glycosyltransferase 8 (UGT8) activities were assayed as in Materials and Methods with 0.2 mM of the listed substrate and 0.5 or 1 mM UDP-galactose. Activities are given as picomoles per minute per milligram lysate protein from a representative experiment.
